Rob has spent nearly two decades at the forefront of fighting for government accountability and transparency. He has served in key positions in consequential State of California and City of Los Angeles offices, including the Los Angeles City Controller’s Office to the California Independent Citizens Redistricting Commission and the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office. He now takes that fight to the race for Los Angeles City Controller.

When I’m elected your City Controller, I will track your hard-earned tax dollars that you pay to the City and tell you what happens to those dollars from the moment they come in to the moment they go out and most importantly what happens to them after that. Are you seeing a return on your investment in your neighborhood? Are your streets drivable, your sidewalks walkable, your trees trimmed, your library and park kept safe and clean, your public health and safety protected? Are we spending enough to address the dual crises of homelessness and climate change? As your Controller, I will work tirelessly to ensure that you are getting more bang for your buck.
